Delayed vaccines

I know that there are some vaccines that if you get a dose after a certain age then you can get less boosters.  Which vaccines are these? Can someone explain how that works?

If you wait until 15 weeks, your baby doesn't need the rotavirus vaccine.

If you wait until 5 years, your child does not need the Hib vaccine.

You can skip the 5th dose of polio if the 4th dose is given after 4 years old.

If you get a blood test after the first MMR, there's over a 95% chance it will show the 2nd dose is not needed.
