Midwife's Fees for Home Multiple Birth

I'd be interested to know how much your midwife charged you for your twin or triplet birth at home. Was her fee double or triple her regular singleton birth fee? What modifications did this fee cover for your home multiple birth as compared to a singleton birth? Thanks!

Mine was the same as for a singleton.

If you didn't have a twin homebirth, how did your care provider charge you for your multiple birth?

My situation was odd because I relocated at 30 weeks, so my midwife did not take care of me through my whole pregnancy. I was charged what a singleton mom would have been charged for care through the whole pregnancy. My midwife brought an extra assistant (so three of them in all) for the birth, so I know that increased her costs. 

It seemed fair to me.
