In the past year it has been contained to behind her knees and elbows.  I started giving her nightly massages in addition to less sunshine because of the fall and now it has spread to her entire body.  She's miserable.  Here's what we have done/are doing:

Supplements prescribed for her after her hair analysis (vit. C, D, E, cod liver oil, multi with calcium, potassium, manganese, magnesium, etc.)

Probiotics throughout the day.

Vitamin C flushes weekly

Baking soda baths

Candidase (by Emzymedica).  We're on day 5.

Emu oil, castor oil, olive oil, Florasone, tea tree oil, and calendula for itching.

Apple Cider Vinegar orally (made it worse, as does any kind of sugar).

Prescribed anti-hystamine (hydroxyzine) and she had bad reaction.

Prescribed hydrocortisone which we only apply to areas when she is miserable.

Can't think of what else.  We have an appointment next month to get her tested for allergies.  But meanwhile, I am trying to build up her immune system, clean out the yeast in her body (no doubt she has leaky gut) and give her skin some relief so she can sleep (and hopefully I can too).

Doctor next recommends benedryl for itching, which I'm open to trying if we need too.  But I just read about quercetin and I wanted to see if anyone has tried this with their child and how it worked.

Also thinking of trying Dr. Schulze's formulas #1 & 2 starting next week if her condition hasn't improved somewhat.
