Spiritual holiday traditions from a variety of religions and faiths

I see myself a very spiritual person, but I don't identify with one particular faith/religion and we are part of a community of many faiths. I'd be interested in any holiday traditions that you and your kids enjoy together. Our family celebrates the solstice as well as several of the other winter holidays and I want to expose my DD to  spiritual traditions of many faiths.

Um, have you ever check out a Unitarian Universalist church? I think that might just be up your alley.

Well, we celebrate a lot of holidays around the Solstice. My partner is Jewish, so we celebrate Hanukkah with a special dinner for one night, and lighting the menorah with prayers every night. I'm Pagan, so we celebrate the Solstice. We get up early to watch the sun rise over the lake and welcome back the sun. I'm also Christian, so we also celebrate Christmas, albeit a pretty secular celebration with Santa and gifts and the such. We're also doing an advent kind of thing for Solstice: I have some candles that we will start lighting the first of December and every night we will light one more candle until Solstice.
