I went to the store without a list!! Oh NO!!!

Now I need to come up with 10 days worth of meals using the following ingredients... (i.e. this is what's in my fridge / pantry / freezer)

bell peppers (red and yellow)
green beans
carrots
white onions

I have two frozen free range chickens, lots of canned / dried beans, lots of frozen grass fed ground beef...

I tend to buy lots of fresh produce and by the end of my meal plans it's looking sad and wilted and I need to throw it away... HELP!

Only restriction: we don't eat sugar, and each meal needs to feed 3 adults and one toddler.
