If I read the lead law stuff correctly, I can make a doll out of all natural fibers, use no buttons or other embellishments and be able to sell without testing.
Is this correct, or am I way off?
I need to know soon, as we are out of work and bills are looming. Unemployment cannot cover all of them, and odd jobs are hard to come by up here.
They are snatched up too fast.
