I've been getting frustrated over my lack of weight loss. I've never really had to exercise to maintain at 125 and 5'6, i've always just been average. I gained 35 with the pregnancy and lost 18 in the first three weeks. but, in the last five weeks, I've lost 0 ! So, Im just chillin here at 142, wearing only preggo pants or sweats still, because I can't fit into any of my old clothes, and I refuse to buy new clothes to fit me now...
What are your ideas or tips for losing weight? I had been walking with babe, but it was only 1.5 miles, so Im gonna step it up to 3 miles a day, and see if that helps. I just did a calorie counter for my food for today, I think Im intaking about 2200 calories. Maybe a little more. Of course, I feel theres no time to go to a gym at this point... but Im considering getting a video to do at home to get my heart rate going... any suggestions for that?

Im grateful my dh is very sweet and loving, and loves me no matter what, and helps me feel better about myself when Im feeling down. I just want to make sure Im not doing something wrong... I heard rest helps the weight come off. I sleep at night with baby, and shes a good night sleeper, but I don't rest with her much during the day... too much to do!
