Virgo and ascendant is Gemini (which is what my hubby is lol) and mercury is libra. Barely any sagittarius in there at all.

hmm. it was the Gemini i sensed then, unless you have Jupiter in the first or 3rd?  I LOVE LOVE being married to a Virgo (he has his sun, ascendant, and mercury there); I think Virgoes are the best people in the world, and mine has pretty much saved my life! ;)

and oh, yeah....i wanted to say:  have any of you ever heard of "banana split salad?"  OMGoodness, YUMMMMMM!  I went to a party last night and I think that is the best new thing I have ever eaten!  It really tastes like a banana split.  She said it was made with a can of condensed milk and cream cheese, and then it was pink with strawberries and cherries and of course had bananas, and coconut, and I don't know what all else....I have got to call her today and get the recipe.

my hubby saved me... makes me cry to think about it. I was in a terrible place in my life (divorce, losing job, losing car, losing home, losing children, mom diagnosed with cancer) and he pulled me out and made me think positive... now my life is a million times better than I ever thought it would be. My oldest two aren't biologically his but as far as any of us are concerned, they ARE his... he met them when they were 2 and 4.... they called him Ryan until we were married and now refer to him solely as Dad (their own choice, I would never force that on them) even his own family say it's amazing they AREN'T his because my son looks so much like him and they both act like him.

That dress is gorgeous and looks like you'll be able to fit it for a while.  

Although I've always said I wanted to have 6 boys I am suspecting a girl, just my gut feeling at this point.  I have a 50% chance of being right though so   If we have a boy he'll stay intact unless there's a medical need.  

I am finding it excruciatingly hard to teach with my all day sickness. My nausea continues to get worse in the evenings, but I still have a few rough hours in the morning.  Ugh!   I used to really love my job, but right now it's just so hard to get there the mornings, and to finish off evenings.  I don't think my pregnancy sickness is even that bad at this point, but it's making my life sooo much harder.  I was reading that the placenta can take over as early at 10 weeks and then symptoms can start to diminish... did it happen that early for anyone here?  10 weeks sounds doable, but 12-16 weeks?  that's an eternity away!  

Alight on a non-complainy note I do have some awesome pregnancy side affects.  My skin is as clear as ever, and super WEIRD my armpits don't seem to be getting as sweaty? So aside from the bloating (thank goodness it's winter) I'm feeling pretty cute these days.  

As far as I can tell we can't sticky threads?  Is that true?  I'd love to start a roaster but I think that the best place for it might be in the first post of our chit chat threads so we can keep it near the top.

I just asked hubby, neither of us have even an inkling what this baby is. None at all. Which is frustrating, but hey it's early. We still haven't gotten a nickname to stick with yet though I'm starting to lean towards "the pirate" since either name starts with R... ARRR... get it? heh. I crack myself up with my stupid humor!

 Yep.  I honestly have no clue.  I thought my son was a girl and my daughter was a boy though, so my "instincts" haven't been very accurate thus far, lol.  Before I got pregant I had a bunch of dreams that I went into labor without even knowing I was pregnant, and each time it was a boy, so...?   

And, um, YES PLEASE on the banana split salad recipe.  I love making home-made banana splits.  Nectarines are a wonderful addition!

Charliemae- I was sick with my son from 6 to 9 weeks and my daughter from 9 to 12 weeks.  So it's possible you'll be done soon.  :)

And, you are so lucky!  My skin usually breaks out and my pits smell more strongly when I'm pregnant.  Everybody's different!  ;)

Spent most of today on the couch, going to be going back there soon. Only get up to feed/care for the kids/baby. Feel terrible :( I mean, it's a good terrible. It's a pregnant terrible. but it's terrible.

So I work at a little family-owned (not my family) coffee and bagel shop in the early mornings before DH goes to work.  I've worked there for a few years, and have grown to know alot of the regulars pretty well.   

One of the guys I see every morning- an older gentleman and father of 6 grown kids- asked how my family was doing, how are the boys, etc.  I told him all was well and asked after his own family.  Then he says, "Well, I've got to tell you.  I think it's about time you had another one."  I laughed.  Another employee walked in in the middle of this and blurts, "What? Is she pregnant?"  "I don't know- are you pregnant?!"  All I could do was laugh and walk away while they were all like, "She is! She is!"   Too funny.  I had no intention of announcing this early at work.

and yet if they are anything like the little family place I worked for, they will now be convinced and when you announce it they'll be "oh psh, that's old news, but congrats on wanting to announce it!"

My BIL guessed that I was pregnant when I turned down a beer for the third weekend in a row... I'm just hoping the cat stays "mostly" in the bag until I tell my Mom Dad on Wednesday! I almost have DS's BIG BROTHER shirt done - I just need to finish sewing on the letters.

Everyone around us is feeling girl this time, but I still haven't gotten a good read yet. I had a feeling the entire time with DS that it was a boy! My Mom went to a psychic (I find it kind of crazy) and she said I would have twin girls this time around. I don't think I'm feeling that pregnant yet!

Oh my, spent 4 hours on Saturday making sour cream crusts, chicken in the crock pot - homemade chicken pot pies... then when they were all done, I couldn't even be in the kitchen the smell made me so nauseous! I never was this sick with DS... still haven't thrown up with either of my pregnancies, but definitely have a lot more sicky stomach at night with this baby!

DecemberSun - it's nice to hear that the armpits thing is pregnancy related! I just started using a more "natural" deoderant a month before I became pregnant and lately I feel like it's not working! P.U.! haha...

MareynPearl - I agree, you look stunning in your ballgown! I've been to a few Marine Balls before - it's always such a special event to see everyone in their dress blues!

Reagan - Hahaha - you nailed it in the waiting room! Every pregnant mother thinks "My child will never do that" - but we all have our moments, even with the most well-behaved, wonderful babies!

Put on my prepregnancy jeans that were my comfiest. Couldn't barely button them. Burst into tears and threw them across the room.

I lost 40 pounds earlier this year... this pregnancy is going to be harder than I thought, putting that weight back on even if it's for a good cause... I worked hard to get where I am, losing it isn't fun!

I know the feeling. :/ And even my "fat jeans" are tethered with a hair elastic right now.

I'm glad I'm not the only one with a pants problem, lol.  By the numbers on the scale I've only gained a pound, but I feel HUGE.  And I mean huge.  My stretchy pants are really having to stretch around my middle section.  And today I finally barfed for the first time.  Lovely. I know I'm worried about this baby at the moment, but all these symptoms seem to have gotten worse overnight, so I'm really hopeful.  I leave to get the ultrasound in 15 minutes, so wish me LUCK and a strong HEARTBEAT!!!

So I am not the only one already having to squeeze into their "normal" clothes!

I am down to one pair of pants that fits comfortably and I look like i have a beer gut. I know that it happens earlier with each baby, but this feels ridiculous! I am going to have to start looking for maternity clothes. I wanted to try to make it through the winter in my own clothes, but that is not going to happen. I don't have any from my other two pregnancies. We said we were done and I got rid of everything.

On an unrelated note, pregnant nursing totally SUCKS.  I'd almost forgotten how much I hate it.  Ugh.  This is going to be a tough one.
 

I'm kind of surprised/nervous that I'm not having tight clothes problems yet.  Then again, I've lost a few pounds since my BFP, so here's hoping it's just that.

I'll be 7 weeks tomorrow and it JUST hit overnight. They were getting a little more snug, but today it was just impossible to wear jeans I wore two days ago and haven't even washed since.

i have felt bloated since friday. Not as in an actual little baby belly bump, but just a bloated belly. It hasnt become a problem so much for my jeans (they sit at my waist anyway), but today i was feeling a bit self conscious about shirts. I just want something a little longer. I am 6ft, so I have a pretty long torso. I have a feeling it will be awhile till i get an actual baby bump (this is baby #3 for me...so maybe I will pop sooner, who knows!). I dont want maternity shirts...just longer shirts. So i think this weekend after thanksgiving I will take advantage of these sales and get some tops. I figure I can rock my jeans a little while longer, and then put on my belly band.

I have promised myself this time , since this is probably my last pregnancy, that I will splurge and get myself the long GAP maternity jeans. I cant put myself through horrible fitting high water jeans again. I wont do it. Im not a fashionista, but I want to feel good about myself. I love my body pregnant...i just hate the way it looks in maternity clothes. SO I am determined to work hard on my wardrobe this time.

Speaking of maternity clothes planning: Dear God, thank you for Pinterest. Amen.

non-pregnant I actually buy maternity t-shirts because they are longer but not cut any different other than the length. Being 5'8" with a long torso means a whole lot of pain finding shirts that go far enough down to touch my pants :|
