I think it's hard to say without any other context. Different fats confer different benefits; I think it's good to get a variety of different fats, and coconut oil is certainly a good one. I can't tell from your post whether you don't eat meat, eggs, or cheese, or simply don't have any in the house at the moment! I think you're saying that you're looking for some fat as an energy source because you're feeling dizzy today, in which case coconut oil is great! Although finding out why you're dizzy is important. If you're on a fat-based, rather than carb-based diet, you really shouldn't be getting dizzy between meals...I always thought dizziness from hunger was a result of a blood sugar crash, which shouldn't be happening on a traditional diet.
