Jennifer, my boy was my smallest by a pound but he was also my first. My second was my largest so I just don't even try to guess anymore lol. I'd say you have a good chance of going over 9 with that record though. Your belly looks goofily large on your body like mine does, are you short too?

I've seen tiny babies that came out of ladies who carried HUGE....and I've seen sumo-babies come out of tiny little bellies! You can never *really* tell just by looking! Does the baby FEEL bigger this time?

My belly is the same exact belly as the last two times I was pregnant, but she *feels* like a bigger baby in there. My DD was 7lbs15oz at 41w1d and my son was 7lbs on the nose at 38 weeks...so, I think he was on track to be a bit bigger than my DD had he gone to 40+ weeks. This time, the baby feels larger than the other two times, so I'm guessing over 8lbs!

I have a friend who just had a 10+ lbs baby boy fall out of her..it was her fourth. It was also her easiest, fastest HB. All the rest of her babies were born after 40 weeks and over 8 lbs. This last baby was born at almost 42 weeks. She carried HUGE.

so my first was 7'12" born at 42 weeks. i was 19 and hadnt really taken care of myself. but i gained 75 lbs and started at 120.

my 2nd was 8'13" born at 39.5 weeks. i was 30 and had undxd GD at the end of the pregnancy. i gained 40 lbs and started at 155.

my 3rd was 7'13" born at 38.5 weeks. i was 33 and had dxd GD that was well controlled with diet. i gained 35 lbs and started at 175.

i am borderline GD right now but controlling it with diet and exercise. i will be 36. i have gained 36 lbs and i started at 148.

he doesnt feel bigger. but i have a feeling he will be bigger. and DH says he will be 9lbs. i have to wait until birth to find out. lol. i am not worried about the birth though. i have birthed all those babies easily and the first was posterior. i dont feel like i look huge until i look in the mirror.

35 weeks, 6 days

I got my first henna tatoo four days ago and am quite pleased with the results.  I am 35 weeks, 6 days pregnant and have a c-section planned for May 31st, just 3 weeks and 3 days away.  The tatoo should fade over the next three weeks almost as a countdown to baby's birthday!  I can't believe I am almost done and am trying to savor these last pregnant moments.

You all look so beautiful. I am 34 weeks and trust me, I am 5ft even and positively planetary.

Everyone is looking so beautiful!  SwanLake-- I LOVE the henna...so gorgeous.  And Tri31, I actually think adorable would be a better word...I hope that doesn't sound condescending-- It makes me all happy looking at your photo.  Sraplayas-- Is that a professional shot?  I love it.  And you look amazing.

DS and me at 33 1/2 weeks (he loves the belly!)   And then me at 34 weeks (last week)...I'm totally wearing the same clothes which makes me laugh...I hope I washed them, but there is a chance I wore them for 3 days straight. lol

Everyone looks so good.  I really need to take a belly shot soon.  I want henna done but the only provider I can find is 1.5 hours away and I don't want to drive that far.  I had henna with my first (see profile pic) but luckily, the woman had an Indian wedding the next town over so she just came to my house.  No luck this time.

And "planetary" is the perfect way to describe this stage.  I tell people that I have reached critical mass.

Thanks, mudhugger! yes, we had some professional shots done a few weeks ago and are so happy with the results!

I haven't posted on this thread in a while, but my best friend (professional photog) took this pic of me last week. She's awesome. :-)IMG_1572.jpg

I was 35+6 in that picture. Honestly, I have no intentions of taking any more belly pics. As long as I have one frameable memory I'm good. No need to document further growth!

Beautiful Ladies!

Katididder- so awesome to have that photo during the eclipse.  The light was so cool.  I wanted to look at the sun, but we had no welding mask and sunglasses were not enough.

Alice-this is a wonderful picture- you look like an earth goddess in this one for sure- it is a good "frameable memory"
