Now he's blocked my calls to the kids

Unbelievable. Our divorce decree says I have daily contact with the kids, which includes Skyping on Sundays. This past Sunday, DD's computer wasn't set up to Skpe & kids told me they only had 10 mins to talk to me anyway. We agreed to Skype Monday. Monday? Nobody around. I called, left messages.

And then I blew my top. I left him a message that everytime he doesn't let me talk to the kids, he's in contempt of court and I would be happy to file that motion.

Called last night - my calls to the house, DD's phone, x's phone are all blocked. I mean REALLY??! I was able to use an alternate number & call on a horrible connection to let the kids know my calls have been blocked & they will have to call me until this is sorted out. THat won't happen - I'm sure he won't let it.

He already deleted DD's email account so I can't get in touch with her that way.

I will say it is a BRILLIANT eff up on his part, adding to all the other things he's done to keep the kids from me. But I was shaking I was so angry last night.

And as for contempt of court? So what, ho hum. He'll get a "don't do it again" once it goes to trial ... months from now? In the meantime, what am I to do about contacting MY children?? I mail them letters and things just about weekly but - blocking my calls - that is ridiculous, petty, juvenile, you name it.

Expecting to speak to my lawyer this week about an agreement that's already set to go before the court and will bring this up to her.

Go to court.  File a contempt motion.  Have it documented, and bring it to a judge.  When, IF it goes to trial, blocking contact is a HUGE problem and custody can be flipped for this.
