I have a bff who is facing a gastro surgery to remove polyps found during an endoscopy. It's called ercp.  The surgery is long, expensive, and has huge risk factors. She is trying to learn as much as she can, but it's hard to learn all these things, ya know??
Does anyone know a good gi who will not refer to surgery unnecessarily?? Considering all the risk factors, she wants a second opinion, but short of opening the phonebook, it's hard to know who is naturally minded and who isn't.Â

I only know good ob/gyn's and honestly, you could interview 10 ob/gyns in st louis who all have above a 50% cesarean rate.Â
