Houston - crunchy hospital midwife?

I'm newly pregnant with my #4 and am planning a homebirth :)  We're currently in Houston but will be moving away by around the end of the year or so.  Just looking for a crunchy hospital CNM who I can see until we move away.  I would so very much appreciate any recommendations :)

Thanks so much!

Julie

There are MWs at St. Luke's that I hear good things about. There aren't a whole lot more around town. I believe Karen Brock is at a new practice in the Woodlands/Conroe area, but I don't know that she's crunchy at all.

You may also be able to find a HB MW who would agree to see you for the prenatal visits while you're here and work with you on fees for that - i.e., a per visit fee rather than the typical global charge.

Sorry I'm late to responding to this post, but what area are you in?  Karen Brock in The Woodlands is a good choice if you're still looking~
