Can babies pass thrush to each other?

A friend of mine is coming to visit, and I will be watching her 6 month old for two days, along with my 4 month old.  My friend mentioned that her LO is taking medication for thrush.

Can thrush be spread from baby to baby?  Do I need to take any special precautions while I am caring for both babies?

Just make sure they don't share anything that either has had in their mouths. Don't share bath water or washcloths. Don't wipe their faces with the same things. At those ages, I would think it would be pretty easy to keep them from sharing saliva.
