Your Favorite Relatively Simple Salads? - Page 2

It's a great time to revive a thread about salads. It's been so hot here, lately salad has been a pretty popular dinner at our house. We've eaten most of our easy, reliable favourites over the past couple of weeks and I was just going to search for some new ideas.

Last night we had Caesar salad with grilled chicken.  DD loves to wrap it up in a tortilla. I make homemade garlic croutons for it and the Caesar dressing recipe is so old that it's covered in spatters. I'm not sure why I pull out the recipe anyway, I've pretty much memorized it.

I tried the cucumber, avocados and tomatoe salad with italian dressing and I loved it so much! My husband did as well! Thanks so much!
