Oof. Rough morning, but I'm better now. All kids grumpy and not listening, somewhere to be, no carseats in the van, pouring down rain, van stuck in the mud. ARG. Dh came home and pulled it out with his truck. All the kids are napping. I finally ate breakfast. He was really nice and hung out and let me talk a while. After a quite hour, I'm ready to face my life again. And, woohoo...going to the chiropractor tonight. REALLY looking forward to that.
Weeks: almost 14
Appts: still trying to decide what to do. probably just going to go with my midwife from last time. still thinking about a hospital/uc combo, but...sigh. i hate this.
Symptoms: nah. feel pretty good. i'm pretty mouthy though, and intense.
Food: light foods, easy to prepare, not much sugar, not much flavor
Exercise: i'd love to. it gets dark before dh gets home so i can't walk the dog, and we've just been making it through the last little bit. this really, really has to become a priority, though
Changes: pants are getting tighter, fundus is at or above my belly button first thing in the morning
Thoughts: been wondering a lot about RRL tea. I drank celestial seasonings red raspberry zinger (which does contain leaves) during my last 3 pregnancies. I know it has significantly less than RRL tea does, but I still think maybe it helped? I drank tons and tons of it. Several gallons a week in the last month or two. Anyway, just curious how much rrl is actually has in it, and about how the quantities i drank compare.
Oh, and I take rainbow light one a day, too. They are pretty good, but on an empty stomach can make me feel a bit sick. I do notice a significant improvement in how I feel when I take them, though.
