Most likely you're dealing with Nabothian cysts, which are pretty common and benign. They are firm to the touch and should resolve on their own. If they linger for a while, you might want to have them check out just in case. Cervical polyps on the other hand tend to be squishy and not round in shape, but more abnormally shaped. They are also usually benign, but can be easily irritated and might bleed. If you suspect one of these, I might get it checked out.
I think there are a few different types of common cysts on the cervix. I noticed one a few months ago and my gyn looked at it and said it was a nabothian cyst and not to worry about it. I worry that it is somehow blocking the semen's path into the cervix, but also read in TCOYF that they are common and don't interfere.
