i was detected with pcod n infertility due to not ovulating. my doc suggested clomid and came out with zero success. so from d next cycle she started puregon 50 iu injections along wit clomid 100mg.it certainly did some progress but didnt reached to d point. so d next cycle was again started with clomid n then puregon 100 iu injections n tat was a gr8 success i ovulated n conceived. i'm gifted wit a cute daughter now 2+ yrs.thx to god n my doc.
                             After delivery my pcod got worstend due to my weight gain and had non stop bleeding which was really horrible.. so again on med. to control it. was on diane35 for long time n slowly even tat seemed to be not effecting. so i had to had a laproscopic ovarian drilling n dnc to control my pcod. but in my case it was a total failiure again on med. now im planning for a second child. so i went to my doc n she started with clomid n tat cycle didnt worked. so next cycle she started wit clomid 100mg from day second for 5days. on d 6th day she started with gonal f 75iu injections. next day i had scanning to see d progress. but der was not any dominating follicle. so she increased d dose of inj. 2 nos. tat day. it really showed progress. i had two follicle but not fully grown. so again 2 inj. n d follicles reached a size of 17.8 n 19.9. which was gud. so she recommended one more inj. so tat one follicle can reach 20mm. again scanning on my cd 13... n yes it was fully grown.. so she gave me a trigger shot of ovitrelle.... now time to do d home work... he... he.. day after 2morrow i have another scanning to confirm ovulation. hope dis time it works..
