1st off Welcome!  I am sorry that you are having problems with getting pregnant.  At the 1 year mark i would suggest you and your significant other go to the doctor and have a few tests done to see if it's you or him who is the "problem".  It might just be bad timing.  I would also suggest starting to temp and you can learn all about that at fertilityfriend.com.  I know that it helped me understand how to start temping and other signs to be looking for with my body.  I did end up having problems with hormone problems and I was refered to a Fertility Specialist who was able to do three rounds of different medications that finally landed us a BFP (big fat positive).  I hope that you are able to become pregnant soon. Also, you might check in the Infertility threads to see if anyone else has anymore advice.

Welcome to MDC!!  wave.gif

I'm sorry you've been experiencing difficulty getting pregnant.  As Brichole mentioned, at the one year mark, you might want to look into some testing if you have insurance for that.  But the best thing to do is to start charting your basal body temperature and cervical fluid to find out what's going on with your cycles.  Charting will tell you when you are fertile, if/when you ovulated, how long your average luteal phase is (the time between O and AF- it is generally agreed you need 10 days to sustain a pregnancy), when to test, when to expect AF, if you're pregnant, and if there is anything else of concern happening with your cycle.  It is possible that you are having repeat chemical pregnancies and don't even know it!  Once you get a few charts under your belt you might be able to spot some issues that can be aided with simple diet changes, supplements, etc.  Or you may find that you will likely need something a bit more like progesterone cream, clomid, etc.

If you would like more information about charting, just post!  There are also a lot of helpful and supportive threads you can join for women trying to conceive at different points in the journey like age based, waiting to O, in the 2ww, etc.  There is also the infertility forum you can check out for those that have been trying a long time.  Good luck!
