Faintest Line. Still Positive?

Okay, I am trying to get pregnant and this is my last month trying until Summer 2012. I am currently 12DPO, going by EWCM day. I Took a test this morning and I thought it was negative until I looked at it again later. I had one of these at 10DPO too but a different brand. I made my trooper of a husband take one too ROTFLMAO.gifjust to see if maybe it was and evap. line. He never showed any line at all not even hours after we did the test. I am going to take another and another until my AF decides to show or not, but I was curious to what you all may think. It is a Dollar Tree test. I adjusted the picture a little cuz my camera didn't do it justice so you could see the line as I do. I know even if this is considered - the wait isn't over for me. I took on with my daughter they day after I missed my period and it was - and I was clearly pregnant. lol. I just don't want to get my hopes up, and I probably won't. lol12DPO2Equalize.jpg

Looks like a pink line to me!  I bet if you tried again tomorrow it will be darker!

I took one this morning and it clearly read negative, but like I said before way early and I am sure the tests can be a butt when so early like before AF when I am not used to getting them until sometime after. So I expect them to give me dorky results. lol. I will either start the beginning stages, brownish blood, tonight or tomorrow night if I was to start. I don't usually have this much time conceiving. I conceived both my kiddos after years of trying, I had some surgery, the second month. The mirena IUD was removed the end of June and my AF has went from being 35 days, before birth control, to 24-25 days. I used the OPK that has like 20 strips in it to detect my ovulation but I couldn't read them for the life of me. uhoh3.gif. I just don't understand why I would have gotten a faint line and my hubby got nothing. You would think if you get an evap. line on one you would the other too. Todays test was the baby test from dollar tree instead of new choice... I don't know if anyone had a difference in the two or not. I know it says wait until at least the day of your expected period, but I have been having the worst most vivid nightmares and symptoms that keep coming and going. I had the sharp twinges in my vagina and lower area of uterus but they was short lived for 2 days. They was jaw clenching pains that clearly made me yell OUCH. lol. So I know it is still hopeful. We might try one more cycle, if this one don't turn out, with Clomid, the doctor wanted me to try that a few months ago, but I don't want to increase my chance of twins anymore than my odds already are. twins.gif. Although twins are great, just not for me after already having 2 children, one 2 and one will be 4 in January. I will update tomorrow with more results. I have two Clear Blue Digital, but I know if these tests are only detecting when they want to they aren't going to detect anything.

Well I can see the line in the picture you posted, but did that line show up after the proper time frame?  If so, then you have to count that as a negative.  Also, adjusting pictures can make you think you see things that are not actually there.  I know you said you adjusted it b/c the picture didn't reflect what you could see in real life, but it's also possible that you made a real squinter look darker.  You really have to consider a squinter a BFN for now.  If it truly is a BFP then it will get darker over the next few days.  Since you took another test and it was a BFN, that makes the first one more suspect.  Did you take one with FMU and the other not?  That could account for differences in your test results.

I would suggest getting a First Response Early Response and taking that with FMU tomorrow morning.  If that is negative at 14 DPO then I'd say your chances are pretty slim.  CBE digis seem to take more hCG even though they say they only require a level of 25.  In the end, some women take longer to test positive on HPT's and some embryos produce lower levels of hCG.  So it's not over until AF shows and since you didn't chart your temps and are going by just CF, it's also possible you didn't O when you think you did.  Good luck and keep us posted!
