Hello Everyone! Sorry I have been away for a while. So much going on here! I have been reading along though, so I am up to date!
Blue: Glad that your first intralipids session went well (other than being cold) and that it is out of the way! Now you are well on your way to having that baby. Glad to hear that your mom and dad made it home safe and sound. That is wonderful that they have such nice neighbors to help them out. That must make things a little easier on your mind. Thanks for asking after me. I am hanging in there. See my AFM for details!
Aura: Yay for a painless IUI. I have a male RE and I have never had any pain with him (other than the speculum which is just darn uncomfortable!!!) He is always so careful, he even has a soft and gentle handshake. How is your 2ww going? I have my fingers crossed for you!
Hope: Medrol is methylprednisolone. It is another form of a steroid, just like prednisone. It is used to prevent rejection. And the Novarel is HCG for trigger. You should not have any problems with either one.
RCR: Let us know how your check goes. See my AFM....I have no sore ovaries either and it is frieking me out a little!
Vegan: Awesome heartbeat! I am soooo happy for you!
Renavoo/Kewpie and Belly: Thinking of all of you and praying things continue to go well!
AFM: Well, I started stims a week a go today. We went to St. Petersburg over the weekend to watch my neice compete in a gymnastics competition there. It was nice to see everyone (they live in Virginia). It was a long trip and a quick visit, but I am glad we went. I felt like a traveling pharmacy! I take the Lupron twice a day, and 300 IU of Follistim AQ in the morning and 300 IU of the Menopur at night. Max doses of both. So, it was really disheartening when I went to the RE Monday morning and my lining was 4 point something and I had no measureable follies! <10 on each side. Not looking good at all. I have to continue the same meds and go back tomorrow. I feel fine, a little emotional, but no pain, like RCR, so I am worried. I would really hate to have to cancel the cycle! I had to order another 7 days worth of meds that cost almost $4000. No insurance any more as reach my lifetime max ($10,000). That did not take long! But I am grateful that I had atleast that. I am working on my taxes and added up that we spent over $26,000 in healthcare last year, most from IF. UGH!!! So not fair. That is really all I have for now. I have a million other projects I need to get working on so I will say goodbye for now. Take care!
