Saphrons: 15 eggs!!! That is awesome! Glad that your retrieval went well. Sorry that you are having some discomfort. Ahhh, what we women go through to have a baby. I just loved the e-mail DH sent you. How totally sweet. I would kill for something like that from my hubby. I don't see it happening though. Just a simple thank you would do, but I don't think his mind works that way. I know that he does appreciate wheat I am doing, he is just not very good at expressing his emotions. Oh-well. As for the doppler, yes it is totally harmless. There is no radiation or anything that could harm you or the baby. I had one for DS, and it helped me to keep my sanity. Just don't panic when you don't hear a heartbeat right away as the baby does move. You have to move the wand around and look for it. DS was always around the same place, so that helped. I rented one, for I think, like $20/month. You could keep for only a few months for the entire pregnancy, which is what I did. The website was Heatbeats at Home, in case you want to check it out. Good luck!
Blue: I adore the picture of Abby. She is just a doll...I want to wrap my arms around her. I bet she is great company, as she does not look too interested in being too far away from you. Did the cyst go away? Glad that you are taking it easy, even if it is not your favorite thing to do. Pamper yourself a little...you deserve it. How are the PIO shots going? Any better? The suppositories are no fun, but atleast they are not painful. Hang in there!
RCR: I can not believe that you got your follistim for $40. I am totally jealous! Mine was $1/unit, and considering I took 300 units/day for almost 14 days....OUCH!!!! As far as why insurance does what it does..don't waste your time trying to figure it out. They make no sense, so it is pointless to spend any time even thinking about it. How are you feeling? See my AFM!
Renavoo: Thanks for asking about me. I am hanging in there. This 2ww stuff stinks! See my AFM for more details. How did your doctors appointment go? How are you feeling/ Don't work so hard. Tell them you are pregnant, and if they know what is good for them, they better just leave your alone! LOL!
Aura: How ya doing, girl? What is next for you? Thinking of you!
Vegan: I know what you mean about the doctors appointment. You get so used to seeing that baby and hearing the heartbeat every week...then they tell you come back in 2 months! It was really hard for me with DS. I was so worried that something would go wrong. I missed that reassurance. Glad that your OB sounds so understanding.
AFM: All the progesterone is kicking my butt! I am taking the suppositories and Prometrium (by mouth) twice a day. It makes me so tired. I had to take the morning dose at work yesterday, and when it hit, I just wanted to lay down on the floor and sleep. I did end up going out to my car for 30 minutes and cloing my eyes. Whew! That helped but, wow, it is like getting hit by a truck. But, I keep telling myself that it could be worse, so I won't complain. After today, I have a couple days off, so that will be nice. I feel fine otherwise. I have been a little crampy, but on the right side...where there were no follies...so who knows. I did have trouble sleeping last night. I woke up with heartburn, which I have never had before, except when pregnant with DS. I am hoping it is a good sign, but I did not have it with DS until late in the pregnancy...and I did have lasagna last night... Am I grasping at straws or what???? As I said above...the 2ww stinks!!!!!
