Fiber Choice?

I've been having some problems with constipation due to taking zofran. I'm nine weeks and my aunt bought me some Fiber Choice--the no sugar added fruit assortment kind. It has artificial colors and flavors, which I avoid in food and supplements. But I did have to take Milk of Magnesium last night due to things getting out of hand. Has anyone taken these and what do you think?

I haven't tried that one either, but I also avoid artificial colors and flavors. Instead, I highly recommend a magnesium drink called Natural Calm. I drink it every night (when I don't fall asleep first). I order it from drugstore.com but you can get it lots of places. Most of us need more magnesium in our diets anyway.

Magnesium works like a charm. Vitamin C can, as well. Just up your dose slowly, because both can cause diarrhea if you go overboard. Hope you're feeling better soon!

thanks! i'll try the vitamin c. i started drinking pineapple juice last night and that has been as effective as the MOM.
