Weird pimple type bumps on DS arms

My 19 mo DS has had these pimply bumps on his upper arms since the summer. I thought it was prickly heat, but it's not hot anymore. They aren't red or even pink, they are almost like goosebumps but they never go away. I tried using some lotion on it, nothing happened. Any idea what this is? It doesn't seem to be an allergy of any kind, and it doesn't flare up and go away or anything. It's just there. He doesn't seem to be bothered by it.

Sounds like keratosis pilaris. It's really common, benign, and hard to get rid of. Sorry I don't have a link but Dr Google will set you up.

Flax seed oil will get rid of this.  Got rid of mine and my sons.  I take 2 tbs daily, he takes 1 tbs (He's 10 years old, btw).  We just mix in in water.
