Hi ladies,
Â
This is my first time posting, I've gotten a lot from these forums already so thank you all. Â

We've been ttc #1 for 10 months. I'm 30, dh is 28. I've had cysts rupture a bunch of times over the last few years, about a month ago was the worst EVER, first time I actually went to the ER because the pain was so bad, even 12 hours after it started, that I was really scared. They did ultrasound and said they didn't see fluid or cysts, didn't diagnose anything. I was so bloated I looked six mths pregnant and was in too much pain to walk for 3 days. In the past when cysts have burst it's been extreme pain for up to three hours, but then I've always recovered after a few hours, a nap, and a bath. This time was way scarier. But, the docs said there was no evidence of anything, not very helpful.

The day after the cyst burst ended up being CD1; af was extremely painful. The previous cycle was long, I O'd day 34 and had spotting from 2dpo on. So the whole luteal phase was spotting and PMS, not pretty. The cyst bursting ended that long cycle and began the current one; I'm on day 32 and no strong sign of O. I would love to hear from ladies who have experienced TTC after cysts rupturing; how long did it take your cycle to recover? I do tend to have long, irregular cycles of 34-45 days, but I do ovulate. I tend to have spotting from 3-7 days before af. I'm scared that with this current long cycle more cysts may be forming; don't long cycles tend to make them worse??

I've been taking vitex for 4 cycles, b-complex 100 for 2 cycles, and charting for years. I have a tube of natural progesterone cream that I'm excited to try, since I believe estrogen dominance is likely a factor in my cysts and PMS. Just waiting for O to show up so I can start the npc and hopefully start feeling better! Thanks ladies for any input xoxo
