Does anyone have a good experience with a periodontist in the northwest suburbs of Chicago? I need to have a gum graft done sometime soon but don't know where to go.  I went to a consultation at one periodontist in Skokie and hated him so I need some recommendations for one.  The dentist in Skokie rushed my consultation, recommended that I have the graft done immediately (rather than wait til I was done breastfeeding) and since I was still breastfeeding to just skip the standard antibiotics the week before and skip the pain medications after the procedure.  I have no problem skipping pain meds and usually am not a huge fan of antibiotics but it just doesn't seem like a good idea to have a dentist cutting into the roof of my mouth without antibiotics.  Especially since about 6-months ago I got an infection after a breast biopsy (this is suposedly very rare) and needed two rounds of antibiotics to get rid of it and almost landed in the hospital because of the infection.  TIA for any recommendations.
