What blood tests should I do? Dealing with depression

I have some money left in my medical account I need to spend before the end of the year.  I have been wanting to do some blood work to try to give myself a baseline with my physical health and how it might be affecting my depression.  So far I know I want to be tested for:

-Hypothyroidism

-Vitamin and mineral levels, especially Vitamin D.

-PCOS and hormonal imbalances

-Food allergies

Is there anything I'm missing?  What would you test for?  I really think there is a biological component to my depression but I don't know what to look into.  Thanks in advance for any help.

ETA:  I forgot, I want to test for yeast overgrowth, is that possible?

There is a saliva and stool analysis that most chiropracters will do (sorry, it was a long time ago and I can't remember its name).  It tests for things like yeast (candida), parasites, measures the amount of "good" bacteria in your gut, and the like.  Also, my chiropracter also added a blood test that tested for Epstein Barr virus.  (Which I tested positive for - as still in the midst of an infection).  I hope someone can give the correct names for the above tests.
