How to NOT make yourself feel better. LOL

So, reading birth stories has become my new past time... especially when I don't want to leave my nice warm bed, and my phone is just within my grasp...

Until today. Today I came across a site called Birth Trauma Canada, and thought, "Cool, maybe I should check this out in case it has tips on getting over/coming to terms with a birth trauma."

Nope. Instead, it made me get out of bed and come downstairs to my computer so I could rage without waking up my husband. (It didn't work... he's sitting beside me now going "WTF?"

I guess I need to find a good site with birth stories and stick to that so I stop getting all "righteous anger"y first thing in the morning.

The book Spiritual Midwifery has a ton of great hippy birth stories in it - I highly recommend it. It will leave you feeling happy and relaxed instead of upset and nervous :-)

I've read it through, as well as her Childbirth one. :) I love that book. This was more something I stumbled across this morning while still groggy.

It just really didn't help me relax and feel all fuzzy like I'd intended.
