I'm considering buying this book and have the following questions:
1) Are most of the recipes vegan?
2) Can the nonvegan recipes be easily veganized by using substitutions? Can you give some examples of recipes where you've used substitutions?
3) Are the recipes healthy, whole grain recipes or do most of them use white flour?
4) What are your favorite, tried and true recipes?
5) Do you have any additional advice or feedback?
