Do you recall any patches of fertile cervical fluid (CF)- creamy or eggwhite in consistency last week? This is a much better indicator of when you might have O'd than when your last period was.
Â
As JelloPanda said, without more information about when you O'd it is difficult to know where you are at in your cycle to know if what you are experiencing could be pregnancy related. Implantation occurs between 6 and 12 DPO (days past ovulation) and 84% of the time between 8 and 10 DPO. Pregnancy symptoms would show up after implantation occurs. So if you did O sometime last week then now you'd be less than 6 days after O, making your symptoms unlikely to be related to pregnancy.Â

Also as JelloPanda pointed out, one temperature does not make a pattern. But I will say that 99.3 is a very high basal body temp. You took that first thing in the morning after a 3 hour block of sleep, without sitting up/getting up first? It sounds a bit feverish, actually, which could account for your nausea. That temp is not a pre-O temp unless it is caused by a fever- it's just to high. I don't think even hyperthyroidism would cause a pre-O temp to be that high. So either you have a bit of an infection or your luteal phase (after O) temps run quite high (and therefore indicating that you did O).

I second the recommendation to learn how to chart your basal body temp and CF. If you'd like more information, just post!
