EX called dhs on me...

My ex was about to lose custody of the 2 kids we have together because his wife beats my child with a belt. He is in the military and was deployed over seas. When my child told me that her step mother had hit her with a belt across the back i went and filed a restraining order against her for my children. It was granted for 2 weeks so when she showed up at my house thinking she was going to leave with my kids she got served with the restraining order. The police were called and they told her to leave and she did that time. 2 weeks later my ex come home on leave for 14 days and in that 14 days he managed to get in touch with the local dhs office and a police officer told them a bunch of lies about me and my current boyfriend.I know that the police officer lives in the dhs workers house and the two of them got a big lump sum of money to take my kids away from me. The reason i know this is my ex mother in law told me that she had gave my ex 15 thousand dollars. 2 days later the caseworker showed up at my house with NO warning NO phone call nothing and told me she had my kids in custody and i would not be getting them back any time soon...   I did file a complaint the the congressman and told them what was going on but it was to late the worker gave one of my children to my ex and he is abusive, he also has anger management issues as well. Me and my boyfriend did everything that the worker wanted us to do and she still gave my daughter away like she was a piece of art work or something. I did get my 3 sons back after he got the caseworker fired for unprofessional conduct. Its didn't stop there i still had to prove that my daughter was on the case because that caseworker went into the file and shredded every piece of paper with my daughter on it and this was in march. IT is now November and i still don't have my child back and i have not seen my child in 11 months. IF any one has any ideas please help i really miss my child and want her to come home where she belongs.

You need an attorney.

I second the needing an attorney. There is only so much you can do without legal help.
