Advice on buying CLO

Hi.

I need an advice on buying CLO. I never took CLO before. It would be for me and DD (9 months old).

My husband is coming to the States this Saturday so I want him to bring back some but I'm not sure how much should I buy and which flavor. Are flavored CLOs ok for babies? She has a little bit of eczema, she's lactose intollerant but I'm not sure if she has any other allergy. Should I go plain?

What is the reccomended dosage for babies? I'm taking an overdose of vit D at the moment because I was severly deficient and I'd like to switch now to CLO.
