They can be hard to get but www.bamboletta.com makes dolls with many skin colors.

http://www.novanatural.com/toys/dolls  click on little friends and baby dolls (bambinos) and waldorf dolls.  We got our mixed race looking doll there, but they don't carry him any more.

Thanks for all the recs!! Definitely no rush so its okay if they are backed up with Christmas orders. We're hoping for next Spring/Summer... but we'll see what the courts say!
