i was 12 weeks yesterday but growth stopped a couple weeks ago. i began to miscarry last night lots of blood loss and passed out. er doc says a hemoglobin of 10.6 means i didn't bleed out at all just passing uterine lining and such. however my bp would sink below 90 when i had cramps and pass the blood so how is it i'm having a bp change but i'm not "bleeding". he suggested it was sympathetic aka psyhological reasons i passed out which i think is wrong i have no problem w blood and i've been through three previous births and had a lot of bleeding including running down my leg but never passed out before. i'm concerned since u/s showed there is still a large clot and the cramps are starting back up. do i really have nothing to worry about? advice greatly appreciated thanks
