So a little update... just over a week ago I added animal products to my diet -- a very small amount of dairy, about half an egg a day, and chicken or fish about every other day -- and WOW. My huge bloated pregnant-looking belly is gone. GONE. I don't have any idea how that happened. I can fit into my pants again. I don't know if I've actually lost weight, I'm afraid to step on a scale, but boy am I happy my clothes fit better and I look more NORMAL. That's not to say I don't need to lose a more weight & tone up and definitely be more active... but this is major progress, at least! Plus I have a little more energy!
