oo Sally - you might be right. I smell a lot this time - but it doesn't make me as ill.. I don't remember my boobs hurting quite as bad last time as they do now and I'm HOT HOT HOT. I sleep in a tank top every night and it's only 65 degrees in our house. Fingers crossed for both of us this time. Sheesh. Grow babies, GROW!
Signs and symptoms - Page 5
I'm not having a whole lot of symptoms... I think my milk supply has gone down some because my little one wants to nurse more but I'm still feeling let downs. I've had some low level nausea in the late evenings, a bit of heartburn, some diarrhea (always happens in the beginning for me) but beyond that nothing. I've ran the gamut of symptoms with my other pregnancies, one I didn't have anything at all... so.. I guess we'll see as things progress.
I'm still dying today. lol
No really. the other day I said I could smell a ton - but it doesn't make me that ill.. well - things changed last night - everything i smell makes me ill now, incense, soap, the dog - everything. I did switch my prenatal pill to the evenings - so yesterday wasn't as bad as wednesday and thursday. But NOTHING seems appealing to eat - I'm barely eating enough calories - I can tell that I've lost a pound or two in the last three days and I'm not as bloated - mainly because I've barely eaten. UGH.
Demeter - I also have severe exhaustion. It comes and goes - but when it hits.. it hits. Like this morning is a good morning - I could probably go all day until 4 or 5pm - but then I'll crash and probably sleep until Sunday. I'm going to fight it though. Take a nap and then try to go to bed later.
I notice now that I have to keep my stomach filled or I get queasy. That's the part that's hard for me because the more often I have to eat the more likely I am to make poor choices. I hate cooking and preparing food so I eat something fast and easy which usually isn't good for you.
I have a touch of insomnia. I've been finding it hard to go to sleep some nights, and when I wake up it's hard to get back to sleep. Especially because I have to get up to pee.
I had itchy nips with a couple of mine... it's 'normal' lol
Oh yeah.. nausea has kicked in for me BIG time today. I told hubby last night that I wasn't sure I really was pregnant as I didn't have the symptoms I did from my last 2... so he ran out and bought a digital test, I now have no questions that I am. We live with family and someone made fish sticks earlier, I thought I might die.
lol... I actually left the house. I had cabin fever from staying home from work Wed, Thurs and most of Fri. I feel MUCH better now that I take my prenatals at night.. but I still get pretty queasy. I had cereal and fried fish today. That is all - I can't eat anything else without thinking about vomiting. I'll be 6 weeks Monday - so I'm thinking I have at least 6 more weeks of "morning" sickness.. ugh
I have a coworker who is pg and she has been complaining about m/s since two days after she missed her period (ugh, drama queen). It's all she talks about all day every day and I am determined to be much cheerier than her even if I do have m/s.
I haven't had any nausea yet, really, and I'm soooo hoping that means it's not coming, but I know it's super early. sigh.
i have been waking up every morning right before 6am (which used to be my temp time) to go to the bathroom. i have never been the type to wake up without an alarm (or 4) so this is pretty unusual. i've been just staying awake & getting in to work early during the week (we have flex time so i can leave early or stay til my normal time & then leave earlier on friday) but fortunately today i was able to go back to sleep for a few hours. i've also been going to bed around 11pm, which is NOT my style.
