Hi gals, goddesses and mamas, I am wondering what you have found that really recharges you, makes you feel like a more rounded mama. I know there was a similar thread a while back. personally, I've been belly-dancing since i was pregnant w/ dd and shes 16 months now. I love it and its fun and I would suggest it to Anyone. I'm lucky that I can go 3 minutes down the road after dinner on monday nites for one hour and it's perfect.
