UGh. Peeing

Does anyone else pee a little when they cough or laugh? I have been doing this for awhile now.... I have two kids and am 31. I am thinking of asking my dr about the surgery.  Has anyone had it?  I am worried I will not just drip a little but full on pee my pants at a bad time.

Have you tried doing Kegel exercises? I've read that they can help by strengthening your pelvic muscles.

That's what i am working on now. I am going to get some kegel balls.UGH UGH.

Lots of folks don't get better or even get worse with kegels -- look up Katy Bowman's pelvic floor recommendations for a good explanation of why, and of the better alternatives. Kegels never helped me, but Katy's recommendations helped in a matter of a couple of weeks!!
