Can't "like" a post anymore

When I hit the little thumbs-up icon, nothing happens. Help?

I just gave your post a thumbs up and had no problem. What browser and system are you using? And is it happening everywhere or just once?

I noticed on my Mac that you have to press "Add to reputation" in order to "like" someone's post.  Where can we find about reputations of either others or ourselves?

It's a misnomer really since we don't use the reputation system. So it's  just a thumbs up for individual posts.
