I need help with a hat, please

If I'm posting in the wrong thread, I apologize in advance.  Please direct me to the proper section if that is the case.

I recently developed a sensitivity to synthetic fleece.  When I sew with it, my hands crack and bleed. 

I've been allergic to wool my whole life.  Since we live in an area where it gets cold and windy,     this created a problem.

I need a hat made from cotton or bamboo yarn.  No acrylic, no synthetics, no wool.  My head is 22 1/2 inches around.  I'd like it in off white or white since they match most colors.

What weight yarn?

I am fond of Cascade Yarns Ultra Pima.  I have made a few hats out of it for little ones and am currently making an Old Shale scarf with it. It's a DK weight.  Webs has quite a few nice cotton yarns.

Oh my gosh....I didn't even think about weight.  I live in a place that gets really windy in the winter, my face is sensitive to the wind, and I have thinning hair.  I went and checked a few things and that yarn sounds like it's perfect.  I didn't realize it was going to be a bit of a deal to find 100% cotton yarn.
