I am concerned, how does this affect those who are injured or in the case of death? Currently the fund covers those who were administered the vaccines on the CDC schedule. Â Are all of those manufactured in the US?
The fund was originally designed to keep the US pharmaceutical companies in business. They were paying out so much in damages that they threatened to go under. Therefore the US governement stepped in to cover the costs of money paid out for injuries and deaths. Would those injured, or in the case of death, have to then sue the Chinese government or I suppose the actual pharmaceutical company?
It certainly would be less on the US govermment as they have paid out over two billion dollars to victims of vaccine injury/death. Or should I say less on those who pay for the vaccines, as there is a levy on each vaccine dose to cover the cost of the fund.
