Vegan "Beef Jerky" recipe or link to a recipe?

The title says it all. I'm hoping to find a recipe for vegan beef jerky that is reliable and delicious. I do have a food dehydrator if I need one. I read that Robin Robertson has a book titled Quick Fix Vegan that is supposed to have a seitan jerky recipe, but I don't want to buy an entire book for one recipe, so I'm hoping to find a similar recipe elsewhere. Well, unless someone tells me that the recipe is worth the entire book. LOL

Go to www.vegweb.com and search tofu jerky. There are 5 different recipes. I've made one of them once but I don't remember which one. It was very good though.
