Hello everyone! smile.gif I made my goal last month. The last few weeks I worked out 7 days a week. I don't know how long I can keep that up, but I am glad I made my goal!

It's going to be extremely hard to meet my goal this month, as I start a new job on the 12th and will train full-time until the 30th. Just have to do the best I can!

Hi ladies,

 

I plan to join you in 2012.  One of my resolutions is to workout a minimum of 1,000 minutes per month and I'd love to join the check-in. :)
