We are considering ALCAT testing for our 2 year old. We have done everything...skin prick, TED, journaling, etc. She was doing so great before we did a 3 month gluten challenge (that ended 8 months ago) and have struggled to get her back to baseline ever since. She is definitely much better but I feel like it might be time for the ALCAT so we can maybe figure some more out. My question is, does she need to be eating the foods being tested for? I know this info is somewhere but can't seem to find it. Thanks!
