hello! i don't post much, so forgive my lurks. nak right now, so this might not be the most detailed or eloquent either. my situation is complicated (aren't they all?) i have three sweet kiddos, but am asking about the situation with one papa in particular. i am not lucky in the child support boat- i have never gotten any, and am only now getting an order in place. papa lives thousands of miles away, and o is his middle child: 2 before, 2 after. more then anything i want her to have a relationship with her siblings (i was a big part of the older 2's life for years until papa left with them without a word while i was pregnant.) i wish i could have a relationship with them too, but he keeps his ship tightly sealed. really long story, for another time.

my question is in regard to cs. so he is married now and his wife has an income in addition to what he brings home. since they support those 4 children together, can both of their incomes be considered in the case of child support? and is there any way to have contact between siblings worked into an order if we were to go to hearing? or would that be included on a parenting time order? if he decided at this point to be involved, could he pursue some visitation even though he lives on the other side of the country? i don't know how likely that is, but i am curious. as it is, o has only met her papa twice, both times when we just showed up on his doorstep. there is no other way to cinch this man down. he really is a loving father, at least to his other children. it is really sad.
