I live in Cincinnati now (I grew up in Cleveland and have lived all over Ohio and in Boston too).  I absolutely love it here.  It took a little getting used to.  It is a pretty conservative area.  I love the older homes (which have a ton of character), the neighborhood feel, the Zoo, and the easy access to the city.  For a smaller city it has a lot to offer.  It has good museums, theater, the Pops.  While the weather sucks right now (it's cold and rainy), having the seasons is something I prefer and winter isn't too long and spring, summer and fall are wonderful here.  Let me know if you have any specific questions.  So far it is probably my favorite place I have lived.

Thanks for your reply smile.gif I've done a little research & it seems there are lots of good high schools in the area but also some not so great ones. My 16yo is in 3 AP classes now & would want to continue on that track. My 13yo would start HS next year & was recently diagnosed ADHD & she would need some extra attention in school. So I have two very different needs for, hopefully one great school. I would also like to put the little ones in montesorri next year, at least my 2 yo. Seems there is a lot to choose from there also. I'm getting kind of excited about the idea of moving but it's just so much to consider & I'd basically have to figure it all out myself. Just thinking about it is overwhelming!
Looks like his office would be right in the middle of downtown & I wouldn't want his commute to be too long. I would want to live in a safe, quiet area but close to some "action" What are the best areas in your opinion? And where would I want to stay away from?

I frgot to add that this whole job offer thing is moving very quickly, they're already checking references! It makes me nervous because I would like to have a lot of time to think about what to do, plan it all out & then think about it some more! It seems if it happens it will be very early next year. Too much to do too soon!

I somehow removed my original post when I tried to edit it, not surprised since I am not so good with computers, Doesn't really matter since moving is no longer in the picture. I'm a bit disappointed because I was really wanting a new adventure. Oh well, what is supposed to happen will happen :)
