Usually I love having vivid pregnancy dreams but I just woke up from a pregnancy nightmare. I was back in high school and pregnant and suffered a miscarriage with twins. I woke up almost crying.
Usually I have, ahem, more adult dreams while pregnant, and what girl doesn't like those kind of dream, but I just had to share with someone the bad, sad dream I had last night.
