 DD1 just had this start showing up a few days ago. started off as a dry red spot and now looks like this (its shiny because i put some unpetroleum on it to keep it from drying out)

Shes 3 y/o and had eczema as a child. could it be eczema again or is it something else? is it just a dry patch because of the dry winter air? PS: Â its not itchy.
