Would a growth spurt in an infant result in more sleeping and more eating? My 6 week old DD seems to be eating more often today (every hour and a half or so) and yesterday and today is sleeping a lot more in the afternoons. She'll fuss and fight sleep, and then crash on me and is currently passed out on my chest. I remember reading about a growth spurt at 6 weeks. TIA!

Sounds like a growth spurt to me!!!
I always know when my kids are about to shoot up b/c they will eat and eat and eat. Well, and DS gets growing pains, but he's 7.
