unsubscribing to a forum

I subscribed to my due date forum, but now there are so many threads from that in my activity feed on my homepage that I can't see the threads I actually participated in without reloading the page multiple times.  I would like to still be a member of that forum (or is it social group?  July 2012) without subscribing automatically to every thread.  I went to edit my subscriptions and couldn't see how to unsubscribe from the entire forum, only individually by thread.

Hi Altair.

Click on Subscriptions and from there click on Edit My Subscriptions. Above the list you should see Type, Title/User, Frequency, etc.

If you click "Type" it will reorder the list and you should then be able to find Forums more easily. Give that a try.

Right after submitting this question I realized a red x appeared over the threads in your new posts feed, and there was an option to unsubscribe to the forum.  Thanks for taking the time to help!
